LOCATION & DESCRIPTION
Concorde El Salam Hotel Sharm El Sheikh has a unique
location on the southern tip of the Sinai peninsula, overlooking the Red Sea and
just 10 minutes from the airport. With the Red Sea on one side and Mount Sinai
on the other, Sharm El Sheikh is a favourite destination with scuba divers who
come to see the stunning coral reefs, exotic fish and enjoy the warm waters. The
area boasts dramatic landscapes, long sandy beaches and a dry temperate climate
all year round. A rapid growth in tourism over the past few years has seen the
area develop into a well-established holiday destination with a variety of
leisure activities including water sports, sailing, golf and desert safaris.
ACCOMMODATION
The hotel offers 725 rooms and suites
providing an excellent range of stylish and spacious accommodation to suit all
guests. Both modern and comfortable, the luxurious rooms and suites are arranged
over a large
area with views across to the sea, the lake, the pool and the garden.
Luxurious rooms and suites are situated in modern two-story buildings spread around the resort, many with sea views from private balconies or terraces. In and around the hotel grounds, there is an abundance of recreational facilities including five swimming pools, two beauty centres, two health clubs and a fully equipped sports centre with international size football court, tennis and squash courts, equestrian tracks and the only ice skating centre in Sharm El Sheikh. Recognised as one of the best diving locations in the world, the underwater scenery and coral reefs are a sight not to be missed.
Set among the beautiful grounds, is an exceptional choice of restaurants and bars serving international cuisine, drinks and cocktails. Guests can enjoy a variety of flavours in unique settings while relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking views of the Red Sea and beyond.
Standard Rooms
All the standard rooms have a fresh feel with light coloured walls, pale wood furniture and Egyptian style bedcovers and curtains. The white tiled floors are given a warmer feel with decorative rugs. All of the rooms have a view across to the pool or the garden and sea views are available with a supplement. The wardrobe offers plenty of space to hang clothes and there is a large dressing table and mirror and a seating area by the window. The bathroom is well equipped and all rooms have a mini fridge.
